Conditions

• Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles
• All subscription fees are stated in U.S. dollars
• Pricing is subject to change with advance notice as outlined in Section 8

• Free trials, when offered, are limited to new customers only
• Free trials will automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires
• You will be charged the full subscription price immediately upon trial expiration
• You must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial expires to avoid charges
• Trial conversion charges are non-refundable

• Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods equal to the original subscription term
• Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Billing Date: You will be charged on the same day each billing cycle as your original subscription date
• Payment Failure: If payment fails, we may retry charging and may suspend your account

You may cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

• Log into your account and use the cancellation feature in account settings
• Email us at [email protected] with "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
• Call our customer service line at 470.470.4604 during business hours

• Timing: Cancellations must be submitted before 11:59 PM EST on the day before your next billing date
• Effective Date: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• Access: You retain access to services until the end of your paid period
• No Partial Refunds: You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period

We will send email confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us immediately.

This no-refund policy applies to:

• All recurring subscription charges
• Trial conversion charges
• Upgrade and downgrade fees
• Taxes and processing fees

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Technical service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our fault
• Billing errors initiated by our system
• Where required by applicable law

• You must maintain current contact information in your account
• We are not responsible for failed notifications due to outdated contact information

We will provide important notifications via:

• Email to your registered email address
• SMS to your registered phone number
• In-app notifications
• Account dashboard messages

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods
• You must provide accurate, current payment information
• You authorize us to store your payment information securely

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
• Processing fees may apply and are non-refundable
• Failed payments may result in account suspension

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your subscription
• Tax rates may change without notice

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You agree not to:

• Share account access with unauthorized parties
• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to circumvent payment or security measures
• Create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers

• We may modify these terms at any time
• 30-day notice will be provided for material changes
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing
• 30-day advance notice will be provided for price increases
• Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle
• If you do not agree to price changes, you must cancel before the effective date

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible
• No refunds will be provided for service modifications

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We will minimize planned downtime and provide advance notice when possible

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

• Your access to services ends immediately
• All unpaid charges become immediately due
• These terms survive termination where applicable

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to:

• Contact our customer service team
• Allow 30 days for resolution attempts
• Provide detailed information about your concern

By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to:

• A jury trial
• Participate in class action lawsuits
• Appeal arbitration decisions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party service interruptions

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tectonic OS regarding your use of our services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may assign these terms without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations.
